We also work closely with technical and sales departments of leading control gear manufacturers to ensure our panels have the best quality components while not compromising our ability to be very competitive on price or our ability to meet the very tightest of timescales

AT SW Control Systems we offer a number of services to all our customers including a bespoke service that includes building the perfect control panel or control system that suits you. Below are the services we offer:

Control Panel Design & Build:

SW Control Systems design & build bespoke industrial control panels to meet your requirements ranging from simple relay logic to complex PLC systems. We strive to provide a cost effective control panel using recognised quality components and excellent build quality.

We will work closely with customers to provide a control panel engineered to suit you. On receipt of an order a full set of schematics will be produced and sent for approval before the build can commence.

Upgrades & Additions:

SW Control Systems thrive on a new challenge of upgrading existing plant systems from replacing a redundant control to adding a bespoke control panel to allow your equipment to carry out a new function.

Production Of Schematics

At SW Control Systems we know the importance of having a schematic drawings to hand for machinery & systems. We offer a drawing service to create bespoke Autocad schematics provided in digital & hard copies. We can reproduce hand drawn or re create worn out drawings or even create new drawings for those that don't exist or have been lost.

Electrical Breakdowns

At SW Control Systems we understand the implications of a machine or piece of equipment being out of action. We offer a breakdown service, we will find the fault and repair/replace as required to keep down time to a minimum.

Black On Silver

We can engrave labels to a drawing supplied by you, or we can produce Autocad drawings for your approval from a simple list of what you require
